Progress?

Hopefully.
Rick is on his way home (he was gone for the weekend at Camp Cedar Crest for our church's college camp) and he said he's rarin' to go on the floors. Also, of course, being the guy he is, he wants to do a custom design in the entryway. Why not? I mean, I am sure it's a piece of cake when you have never done wood floors in your life, right? LOL

So here are a few pieces we laid out as we tried to determine our course of action. Isn't it purrrrty? And hopefully by tonight I can report that there has been quite a bit of action and maybe, just maybe the possibility of seeing my dishwasher back in the house before midweek. There's always hope, right?
