Old Friend

Eric Fadely is in town this week and we got to have dinner with him on Monday night. We went to Mimi's Cafe and had a lovely dinner (tho' the "Arnold Palmers" the guys drank were little more than weak tea with a lot of lemon water and really not worth drinking... of course they kept getting refills and kept drinking them... hmmm). But the food was great and the sitting around the table, reminiscing with an old friend was lots of fun. The guys laughed and joked about how "musicals DO happen in real life!" and how much better their lives are since having kids. We discussed the houseing prices and I am tempted to move to Tennessee now (I am still thirsty)... After dinner we decided to go to the brand new Cold Stone Creamery that just opened in the same shopping center... only when we walked over there we found out it really *hadn't* opened yet. So we headed back to the house instead and talked a bit more... then Riley had a huge poop in his diaper and that was Eric's cue to leave... I hope he made it back to his hotel okay... :)
