The price was right, too... so we made an offer, and they accepted! Barring anything crazy, we will be moving in the very near future!

WEll I don't know anyone but just had to say your house is GORGEOUS!! And I think we have the same tile in our kitchen/hallway! Too cool! Hope you find a buyer soon! ;)
