An offer was made on our house.

It was good.
So, naturally, we counter-offered.
They accepted.
Even better.

Our house is OFFICIALLY SOLD.
They want to move in by December 20th.
Our new house is available for move-in on December 16th.
PERFECT.

I've got a LOT of packing to do!
